    “Convenient location in Nikiana. Clean, airy and well appointed. Landlord was extremely helpful to us. Lovely view from the top balcony. Walking distance from a local beach. Nice pool. Air-conditioned throughout. Off road parking.”

We are located a short 5 minute drive to Nidri and only 15 minutes from Lefkada town. Crystal clear beaches surround the villas with the closest being about a 5-10 minute walk. Nikiana is a small fishing village on the east coast of Lefkada, a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. It is about 9 km from Lefkada Town and 7 km from Nidri, a popular tourist resort. Nikiana has a picturesque harbour, a small beach, and a mountain called Skaros nearby. It is a peaceful location for relaxing holidays, with traditional taverns, shops, and accommodation options. You can also rent a boat from Nikiana and explore the nearby islands, such as Scorpios, Meganisi, and Ithaca.
We are a new villa hosting company based on Lefkada island in the serene Ionian Sea. Zenvillas Aims to provide you with the most relaxing and unforgettable holiday that you and your family will remember for years to come.
Is 3 minutes walk to a beatuful almost private beach. There is a taverna with magnificent views 50 meters from the property. I ll recomend to go for swim 8am in the mornong as the sea is so peacful and beautiful . Is only 10 minutes walk to a village where you will find supermarkets reastsurants etc.
