Right in the middle of the Peten jungle you felt transported in time with the Tikal ruins in the near distance.

It is located right next to the park. It offer excellent convenience and the facilities are great for these types of visits. The pool was welcome relief to a long day hiking around Tikal. The food is very good.

The lodge is beautiful as well as the grounds. Reception was very welcoming and helpful ensuring we knew what was required and how to obtain everything. Our room was perfect in every way. The food was acceptable and enough in variety.

Beautiful location. Loved the food and animals hanging about.

A short walk to Tikal Park entrance, helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to be kind and friendly to everyone. Most of them speak English, too. If you want to have an experience and disconnect a bit, then this hotel is it! No TV, no A/C, spotty internet, no cell service but an amazing experience deep in the jungle of Guatemala!

The room we stayed in was spacious and well decorated. The housekeeper did a great job of cleaning the room daily. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as we needed help to make phone calls to different pharmacies in Flores. They also helped arrange rides into town as needed. We booked a private sunrise tour with the hotel. Our guide, Caesar, is knowledgeable and very fun to talk to. One rainy morning, we woke up and found a good-sized spider crawling in our bed. Wild!

We have stayed here previously and the standard duplex cabins are scattered about the premises and perfectly fine. The obvious appeal is the close proximity to the park entrance. The restaurant serves a fine variety of foods.

I loved my tastefully decorated and very comfortable cabin, walking distance from the Tikal archeological site. The open air restaurant was so lovely with green forest all around. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel right inside the Archeological Mayan Site. Would like to return there.

The location can't be beat. We stayed in a suite and it was lovely and comfortable. The food is quite good and well priced. The desk staff and tour guides (especially Kevin, Juan, and Fernando) are very competent and speak English well.
