We are active hosts who will help you make the most of your time at our property. We can assist with shopping information, ground transfers from the airport and/or Antigua, and have plenty of information on activities that are available in the area.

Large covered patio/outdoor area, 900 sq. ft. / 83 sq. mtr. includes kitchen, dining area and living space. Semi-open to the lake views with covered roof and protected from the elements. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to prepare the freshest of meals. Interior rooms total 500 sq. ft. / 46 sq. mtr. and include a primary bedroom with queen bed and seating for two. Second room includes a large wardrobe and dressing area, and has a queen bed and sofa. Perfect for a couple, or a family with 1-2 children. Bathroom with hot water shower. Water is from our well, and the quality of the water is very good. You have private access to the house. It is fenced in and surrounded by gardens and is pet friendly. Bamboo and thatched palm roof cabana is shared by other guests. The perfect base for exploring the lake and it’s Mayan villages. Spend the days hiking, or relax with a massage at our on-site spa. It is close to the lake shore, with our own swim beach, boat dock, kayak and paddleboard rentals. Public transportation (water taxis), and nature are at your doorstep. We are far from crowds, traffic, pollution, and stress.. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the comfy beds, and the light.

Restaurant is 30 meters from your door. Another 6 restaurants are within walking distance. Visit our non-profit vocational training center, CECAP; and enjoy a meal at the student run Cafe Sabor Cruceno. Lots of great hiking trails in this area. Saturday market is the only opportunity to purchase groceries in this area. A small tienda is on-site that sells beer, sodas, and snacks. All other shopping for food and drink would be done in Panajachel.
