I got a free promotion to a private bungalow even though I paid for a dorm just because they had space. They served me my included breakfast way past breakfast time. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Peacful spot even though a slight walk away from everything.
SloveniaI can recommend to stay in El Remate when you are going to Tikal (I prefer it to Flores). And Hotel Mon Ami is a very good choice where to stay.

NetherlandsThe location is good, the food and the prices at the restaurant are decent, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the fact that there were different light options and multiple power outlets. The owner was very nice and friendly. The lake area was great for a dip or to watch the sunset. It is easy and cheap to reach the hotel from Flores by collectivo.
IsraelSantiago is a fantastic host who knows a lot about the area and really takes time for his guests. The staff is super helpful and kind. The room was really comfortable and big. The location in the garden of the hotel is brilliant and offers a lot of privacy. In addition, it is often possible to observe and listen to the animals crossing the garden. We had an amazing time!
