The owner and the staff were so nice and helpful. The place is a bit far from the center of San Pedro, but it was nice and quiet, I slept great. Also only about 50' from a beach which is great for a quick swim or for watching the sunrise. Breakfast was exceptional! I stayed in five hotels on this trip, over six days, and I think this one was my favorite. Strong wifi as well. It's a simple room: the walls are fairly thin and the only light is a ceiling lamp and the switch is across the room, but the bed is comfortable, it's quiet, and I had no big complaints.

The rooms are spacious, wifi works perfectly, it's very quiet and they also have a very nice garden. The location is bit farther from the centre, but it's easy to walk there.

I loved the location, the walks on the beach and the silence. I also enjoyed the breakfasts and the private affordable rooms with real hot water. They have a Beautiful garden and hammocks . It all I needed and I ended staying for 3 weeks.

Love the location! It’s a very quiet spot close to the lake and a nice 15 minute walk to the city via the beach. Private room is spacious, beautiful garden, hammock in front of the room, the breakfast is good and great hosts.

It's a bit further from the center than most places but if you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes it's okay, for me it was no problem. I loved the outdoors and the breakfast, so delicious!

Location is nice, away from the town so you don’t hear the parties and lots of traffic. It’s a cozy spot with the family who owns the property living on site. The courtyard has a ton of nice plants so it’s nice to lay on the hammocks outside (other than the mosquitoes). The rooms were clean. It’s nice to have a restaurant on site too if you don’t want to walk to town and the prices are super super fair! You have a nice view of the lake as well and it’s walking distance to the lake! Breakfast is from 7-830 sharp and 25Q after this time.

Lovely staff, beautiful location near a little black sand beach with gorgeous views. The excellent price included a really tasty and large breakfast with several options. The garden is lovely and our room was basic but large.
