They served a variety of breakfast dishes. The staff I talked to gave us additional toiletries and discount vouchers. We were able to have our pictures taken with Chef Mickey and Goofy.

The staff from check in to check out were all so friendly. Thank you Sea for driving us back to our hotel with very tired children. They loved collecting the stickers being handed out. Thank you for the great Christmas biscuits.

SingaporeHotel actually allow us to have fully refund when we checked with the hotel due to the RIOT in Hong Kong. However, we proceed our trip to HK with my kids. We arrived early morning and the check in staffs are so friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in about 9am, they even arrange a connecting room for me and my family which I didnt even requested it. Great service guys!
