I go to Royal garden quite often, it hits all the spots for me. It's great value, clean and comfortable but most importantly the location is very good. I also really enjoy the service there. I'll go back for sure.

We stayed in skytower suit. The room is very comfy in size. The bathtub is great, and you got a TV in the bathroom. So if you want to enjoy the TV and bath, you can do it . The sound system in the bathroom is great too. The view is great in day and night. And the food in the lounge is sooooo yummy. The staff Tony and Nora is very helpful and friendly. They remember us whenever we go in the lounge, they even offer refill for the tea set etc. And the manager Teresa is also very nice to us. She knows we got a kid, she helps us to extend one hour late check-out. So my kid got to have one last bathing time. My son didn't want to leave the hotel today. We promise him we will go back. Thanks for the great stay.

The facilities were great as was the service. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We were in the Sky room at the top floor with an amazing view. The breakfast spread as well as the afternoon tea & evening cocktails had a lot of variety and there are a lot of dining options within the property and you can very well spend 2-3 days without the need to leave the property. Special thanks to Tony who managed the cocktails for going out of the way in catering to our dietary restrictions

The room was really well furnished. Loved the bath! Nora in the club lounge made our stay more personal.

It was my birthday and they gave me a free upgrade to a suite

It is our second time to stay in this hotel. When we just arrived, we had to wait 2 hours for check in. Later, the room we have got was dusty and smelly. We asked to change the room, because we have waited for 2 hours and got poorly cleaned room. As a result, staff turned out to be very friendly. They came to the room, apologized and gave us another room. They upgraded the room to one of the top floors with a huge bath tub and harbour view. Moreover, as a compensation for out wait in check in, they allowed us late check out till 1.30pm.

The best value for money you can find in HK. Great location next to many restaurants and bars. Pool is nice.

I would give this hotel 11/10 if I could. Super value, upgraded to a master suite when we booked a junior. Staff were fantastic and friendly,food was excellent and the pool and facilities were top notch. Special mention to Cherry and the other staff at the crown lounge who were lovely throughout and never failed to find the flower in my wife's hair intriguing!

The staff is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable, but the air con is quite smelly..
