Brand new. Location cannot be better, seriously! It is right next to Riva and next to Marjan Park where you can take a 8-min hike to see the breathe taking view of the City of Split. If you book a boat tour, the pickup/drop-off point is less than 2 min from hotel’s open deck area. Great breakfast selection. Parking available but a bit pricey; but there’s a self parking garage right across the street.

We loved everything about the hotel, employees were very kind and professional, every time ready to help, hotel design is very beautiful and brand new, the location is just perfect to visit Split - everything is there and it has a very nice rooftop bar on the top where could we stay after our check out! CroatiaEverything was better than perfect! we have stayed at many hotels all over the World and this is our #1 favorite by far! The room was amazing with an amazing view, most comfortable bed and pillows, super clean throughout and everything you need. Complimentary water and coffee, and not just a couple coffee pods. We had 4 for one night. The digital TV on the mirror had a Welcome sign with our name on it. The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had….even mimosas.
United States of AmericaHotel is great, Sauna is great, but rooms with park view have problem with traffic noise in the morning when Buses starts to drive. But it is reasonable noise for many people. Bad is comfy and size iz excellent. Wooden floor is great and much cleaner then rest of Hotels with dusty carpets. Nice stay, great location with garage.
