The apartmant was spottless clean and fully equipped. Considering that the house has thick stone walls we slept perfectly because it was Fresh . We enyojed our breakfast and glass of vine In the evening on a big terase that is just for the apartment guests. Great value for money.

Pitve is located in the heart of the island Hvar and it's the oldest stone village on the island. It's perfectly situated on the road that connects north and the south of the island which makes it a great starting point for visiting all parts of the island. It is small having around 50 inhabitants. Everything here is slower, more quiet and peaceful. Our stone house is a part of family Marijan heritage and it was build in 1811 and it was a birth place of my grandfathers and my father. Big stone walls and high ceilings indicate that family were landowners. This cozy apartment, more modest is in the ground floor and was once a typical Dalmatian „konoba“ now has a beautiful 30 m2 terrace.
We are a couple living in a city of Rijeka, port in the north of the Adriatic. Because of our work we don't have much time to enjoy the island but we use every free moment to visit our family in Hvar. We traveled a lot in recent years and we decided to provide you with accommodation that we would choose for ourselves. So we put our heart into making it a place that makes you feel at home. My father Vjeko and mother Josipa who live in the house, make their own wine and olive oil. They have their own garden with all natural and bio products that you can try. Since my parents live in a house there they are at you service if you need and help.
If you are looking for a place to unwind from everyday stories, a place to fall in love again as we did, this is a place for you.
