This apartment, located in an ancient 19th century Austro-Hungarian style villa typical for the refined Opatija Riviera, is modernly equipped to offer you a unique experience in a historical neighborhood of Opatija, where Croatian tourism began, back in the 1844. There is only 50 m distance from the apartment to the main promenade Lungomare, the seashore, as well as the center of Opatija. The garden and the terrace will complete your relaxing experience.

The apartment is located in the center of Opatija and only 50 meters from the sea, the famous Lungomare promenade with small beaches, coves and places to enjoy by the sea. All the necessary institutions, from pharmacy, market, grocery stores, banks, ATMs, cafes, promenades, are very close and everything can be reached on foot. The garden and yard are located along the main road, so traffic noise is possible during periods of the high frequency of guests.
