On the first floor, large apartment (99m2) with 2 floors (maisonette) and a beautiful view of the sea, forest, islands and the town of Crikvenica through a spacious balcony. The bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom has access to a terrace of 2.80m x 2.80m. The lower floor is spacious and the living room opens onto the dining room with a large kitchen. On the ground floor is the third toilet with laundry room. The living room has a modern interior and a smart TV has also been installed here. The living room opens onto the spacious balcony.
