Stunning property , excellent location right near the gates of the old town. Clean,spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Our host Ani even welcomed us with cold drinks on arrival after travelling all day. Host Ani also helped us to organise airport and ferry transfers- this was so helpful.

The apartment is steps away from the old town so you have all the conveniences, but more space and a fabulous view. It is in an old house up some old steps so you feel like you are in part of the history of Dubrovnik. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The view from the terrace of Dubrovnik is as good as it gets and the perfect place to sip coffee from in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. Ani is amazing. The perfect host - helpful and so knowledgeable - I would recommend listening to her advice!

the location was superb. just outside Pile gate. the view was lovely. the house was quiet. the facilities were good. the host was very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. the air conditioning was especially welcome, and it worked!!

  • Please can you tell me if the terrace shown in the photographs is private to the guests staying in the 2 bedroom apartment. Is the apartment the whole of the house or are there other guests also in the house. Many thanks for your help.
    Apartment Ariel (with 2 bedrooms) is situated at the top. On the ground floor there is apartment Aquamarine (with 1 bedroom) and I live on the first floor. Terrace is is shared bur spacious enough for all guests to have their spot. Kind regards, Ani

  • One poster said there were 100 steps up to the apartment. Is that accurate? My husband has some knee issues, so I'm trying to determine if this apartment would work for him.
    Dears, yes there are 70 stairs in the street and apartment Ariel is on the second floor of the Villa. Be aware that whole Dubrovnik is in stairs, maybe hotel would be better option for you. Kind regards. Ani

    Dear Marion Terrace is in front of Villa. It is shared with one more apartment but large enough, so both apartments have its own spot with outside furniture. But for that reason it is not private. Kind regards from Dubrovnik, Ani
