Welcome to our very comfortable and spacious accommodation with a touch of elegant classicism. Incredibly quiet location, although in the heart of the city center! Diocletian Palace and waterfront 100m, bus/train/ferry and beach 1 - 5 min walking distance. The room accommodates 2 people! ATENTION! We have just installed A KEY SAFE FOR INDENPENDENT ENTRY into the accommodation, if by chance we are not able to welcome the guests in person! This charming and elegant 40m2 private room is situated on the 1st floor of an old traditional stone house with high ceilings. Since we are the owners of almost the entire floor, we have divided the huge space into 2 separate accommodation units. As in boutique hotels, respecting the absolute privacy of the guests, after passing the reception area, each of the guests enters their private space through an elegant, long corridor. This room fits 2 and it has a small entrance hall, 25m2 spacious "Royal bedroom" with a king size double bed and TV, WC/bathroom, air conditioner. Coffee/tea is available to the guests as well as kettle, tea/coffee tableware. Hair shampoo (for all hair types), shower gel and liquid soap are available in the bathroom. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also an integral part of the offer. The room comes with a frontroom/reception, a separate staff area, and a 100m2 frontyard with a garden. You can enjoy absolute peace and quiet, while only meters away from city events.
Me, Zdenka, and my daughter Anja set up our bussines in tourism following the success that we experienced with Anja's masterchef dinners and gastro-tours. Anja is also an interior designer, painter and an avid reader who like jazz, and travels a lot.
This is the oldest part od town, filled with charming traditional stone houses and tiny streets with little shops and restaurants. The Croatian natural history museum is located in a building adjacent to ours. Diocletian Palace, waterfront, bakery, supermarket, green market, city bus stop, dry cleaner and pharmacy are within 30-50m walking distance. You can reach the famous Bačvice beach by a short walk (3 min). The nearby Marjan hill with it's evergreen forest is perfect for jogging, cycling and hiking. Marjan is also a small peninsula full of small rocky beaches and bays great for swimming
