The floor plan, the showers, the location, the kitchen, the balcony, the beds, the lighting, the air conditioning, the amenities, the televisions,...... Everything was perfect.. Even the off site parking was very convenient and easy to access. I would rather have the 'off site' parking they provided than many of the 'on site' parking we have had at other apartments.

Gracijela was an excellent host and took us in her car up to a beautiful walled in village , she goes out of her way to ensure that your stay is perfect . The apartment is extremely well equipped especially the kitchen and bathrooms, I have stayed in many and this was the best, everything was provided.

The modern apartment "Heart of Poreč" is located in the very vicinity from the heart of the old town of Poreč in a quiet street. It is almost completely renovated in 2014. and can accommodate six people. It is on the second floor of our house and overlooks the roofs of old Poreč and nearby sea coast. The safe parking is near the house. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes walking distance. In the modern apartment, two of the three bedrooms have a double bed. The third has a single bed, which can also be pulled out as a double bed if required. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with all the modern kitchen appliances. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and the living room. For the winter periods, there is also a beautiful fireplace. The terrace, which is adorned with Mediterranean plants, is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a table and there is also a brick-built barbecue. Our concern is to make guests feel comfortable in our apartment. So welcome and be happy!

Although the apartment is located very near to the center, it’s on the quiet street, where the traffic is very low. Nearby are many restaurants, shops, cafés, and clubs. Taxi boats and tourist ships are available to explore the many sights. A tourist train also takes you to nearby beaches. In the old town, among other things, you can visit a big church from the 6th century.
