Very kind, informative and always available owner. Efficient check in and checkout. Exceptionally clean. Daily cleaning, with more than enough towels. We were staying in standard double room without kitchen but there are kitchen utensils in the charming common area (plates, cups, tea, coffee) free to use.
Parking available in front of the house. Good location, great connection to Pula (10 minutes) and Fažana (5 minutes, for the trip to Brijuni). Walking distance to nearby beaches. Great value for money.

Fažana is a charming and cozy town that I thoroughly enjoyed. It's a lovely little place with bakeries, restaurants, and shops where you can find local delights. The town has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to explore on foot. If you're looking to simply wander around and soak in the ambiance, you can easily cover the main attractions in about 40-60 minutes. Additionally, there's a paid parking area nearby, which is convenient if you're arriving by car. Overall, Fažana is a nice mix of amenities and a laid-back vibe.

Fazana is the starting point for visiting Brijuni islands. There are several restaurants that serve seafood which is fresh from the sea. It is small town so you will get around easily. I was very suprised to see Mate Parlov monument.

It's nice place for families, don't expect any night life or sightseeing. Best to visit by car and then see nearby places (Pula, Rovinj, beaches around further than walking distance). Make sure to visit Konoba Ulika - best restaurant around.

The hotel provides some beach towels as well. We enjoyed the peaceful evening on the terrace, the beautiful nature and hopping to town for a drink (you get a trip to the land by boat once per day). We’ll be returning for sure, to enjoy a bit more beach next time. Be sure to download and use the app, it’s very informative and helpful.
