Our property is a family house with four apartments for rent. We also live on the property, so someone is always there to welcome you. It's in the quiet neighborhood surrounded with other family houses and peaceful domestic atmosphere. We're about 200 m away from the beach Rezaliste, which is suitable for families with children.

Since we live on the property, it's family business and we're all involved. There is always someone available to welcome you, show you around and help you get around the area if you want to. We will offer you a warm welcome, with respect of your privacy of course.

Hmm, why Brodarica? It's a little place, near Sibenik, the most beautiful town in Dalmatia, a town of stone dwellings full of historical importance, a town full of stories that come to life with each step you take along the stony streets, a town that has soul. With each stroll you'll encounter beauty you will want to turn into a postcard - there are countless climbs up the steps of Sibenik town, up to the incredible views of the sea and the islands, three fortresses with different things on offer. In my youth we exchanged a lot of kisses there : ) In those beautiful sites some scenes from season 5 Games of Thrones were filmed. Once you've experienced the bustle of Sibenik, and you need some peace and quiet, you come back to Brodarica. My house is about 200m from the beach, suitable for children too. You don't get to hear the noise from the beach or traffic in my house, it's quiet, and if you're lucky, the apartment on the top floor might be free to book, as that's the one with the view of the bluest of seas. For younger generation, and those young at heart, and hungry for night life, there's plenty of choice of restaurants, bars and night clubs not far away.
