We are a happy family of five: mother who works in the Split University hospital as a trained gastroenterologist, father and three sons happy to welcome you and adress all your possible needs during your stay. We are dedicated to making your stay an unforgettable holiday experience!

Property info

The house is located in a wonderful position in Sumpetar/Krilo Jesenice just five meters from the seafront. The three storey house contains 4 apartment units: two 35 square meters units on the ground floor and two 70 square units on the first and second floor each with a terrace. Smaller apartment units are one bedroom units while the units on the first and second floor have two bedrooms each. To distinguish each of the apartment units we gave special attention to interior decoration so the smaller units are decorated with green and purple details while the bigger ones have yellow and blue decorum. All units have independent kitchen, shower and toilette and they come with free internet access. We offer the possibility of boat excursions to the surrounding beaches and the island of Brač. Free parking is secured in the vicinity of our house.

Neighborhood info

Our apartment house is located on the seafront and pebble beach is in its immediate vicinity. Very near is a renowned restaurant “Poseidon” offering the best of mediterranean and dalmatian cuisine. Sumpetar/Krilo Jesenice is 17 kilometers from Split and 7 kilometers from Omiš. This surrounding is full of diverse cultural, gastronomical and sport offerings. We offer the possibility of visiting Split which is a UNESCO World Heritage site with its famous Diocletian’s Palace. It is possible to visit Omiš which is a wonderful small medieval city with lots of cosy restaurants, small galleries and souvenir shops. In the vicinity there is river Cetina which offers rafting and swimming. Hiking is possible on numerous hiking and trekking paths in the wonderfull scenery of Dalmatian mountains and hills.
