Villa Maria is located in a small Cove Ljubljeva, 25 km from Split airport.
House is situated 15 meters from the sea, so refreshing swim is only 10 seconds away. The house features two spacious and well equipped apartments with a large terraces where you can sit and relax at any time of the day with a fantastic sea view.
Spacious terraces with the sea view are equipped with outdoor dining area for 6 persons, and two sun chairs for complete holiday relaxation.
Both apartments are ideal for family vacation. Windows are protected with a mosquito net. The price includes :sojourn tax, parking use , final cleaning, bed sheets and towels (weekly) , air conditioning and internet use, electricity and water. The house is inaccessible for cars, the road finishes about 65-70 meters away (Put Male Ljubljeve 13), 1minute walking distance.
