- The house is located in the center of Crikvenica - there are no private parking places in the city center so parking place is in private yard at a distance of 300 m from the house - Distance to the sea and the beach is 100-150 m - Doctor, pharmacy, market, supermarket, bus station, restaurants, sports facilities within a radius of 150 meters from house - House does not have sea view - Price per day includes the use of air conditioning, WIFI, use of water, electricity, cutlery, linen and towels during your stay and cleaning after departure.Daily residence tax and registration are included in the price of daily rent. On arrival day entrance to the apartment is from 13.00, on the day of departure, departure from the apartment by 10.00 am.
