Welcome. House Villa Maria is situated on an elevated location overlooking the bay Cres and old town of Cres. All apartments have a terrace and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet and parking space in the yard.

Our house is surrounded by a garden, placed on the edge of the old town of Cres. The apartments have a terrace overlooking the sea and old town. Each apartment has its own parking space. House is in the new house zone near of the old town Cres in the island of Cres, Croatia. With an area of 405.78 km², Cres is the bigest island on Adratic sea.The island of Cres is situated in the north Adriatic sea (only 3 hours from Venice with the speed boat). Cres is well known by its natural beauty and reach and unique flora and fauna. Beautiful beaches , crystal sea, more than 250 sunny days per year as well as healthy mediterranean food attract tourists and artists from all over the world.

Neighborhood info

The house is in a quiet street off Melin II and between Down town and touristic zone. It’s approximately 3 minutes walk to town center and approx.10 minutes walk to beach. Park your car in front of the house, and enjoy Cres. Everything is accessible on foot.
