Excellent location, very close to port and old town. Grocery shop nearby. Nice view from the terrace. Everything was excellent.

The property is very well kept and the room/studio has modern amenities and is very clean. It is also on walkable distance from the old town and everything else. The car doesn’t go up to the property, so expect to lift luggage when taking the stairs to the property but the whole city is like that. This doesn’t change the fact that the location is great.

The location is convenient, though small distances in Dubrovnik may imply ascending and descending a lot of stairs. Nice and comfy location.

Apartment was great, very clean and nice parfume. They have big room and nice shower. Bed was good and they have several pillows for you. There was fridge and you can also cook something with pan or boil water (there was also coffee and tea) Outside of apartment is nice terrance with wonderful view and lots of chairs and tables. Staff was super nice and friendly. Contact and messaging was very easy and they help us a lot.

Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable.. Theres also a cute little dog who greets you every time you arrive.

The apartment is incredibly well located, very close to the old town walls. The property has a lovely terrace, which serves to all the apartments, with a lovely view to the ocean. Although it was raining, I can imagine how relaxing it can be in good weather. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom had brand new fittings, with a lovely shower and very hot water. It has a small kitchen, which is very handy for preparing quick light meals, coffee and breakfast. Communication with Milijenko was flawless, with everything answered incredibly fast. He offers an airport service transfer, which worked exceptionally well. I even forgot my prescription glasses in the car and he had his son go and look for it and deliver it to my room, from which I had already checked out, as I was only there for one night.
