Designer of the apartment is Sandra Mateljan. She is an experienced and famous Croatian sculptress and interior designer that was given the liberty to express her aspect of perfect stay in this micro location. Owner would like to stay anonymous.

These exclusive rooms are located minutes between our most famous beach Bacvice and Diocletian's palace so you may combine the best of the two while staying in our modern accommodation. All used materials are high end and only the finest fabrics will welcome you in this unique and original accommodation. Cold colors and special materials are used for finishes that will chill you through all of your senses as soon as you step back from the beach or downtown on hot summer days. Only 3 rooms for two are available, all include a breakfast on site and we provide a balcony for smoking guests.

The street rooms are located in a more elite part of Split, exactly between old town and Diocletian's palace and the most famous sandy beach Bacvice. Rooms are located on the second floor. Everything you may need is located within walking distance.
