Lovely apartment with everything you need in a perfect location. Amazing, iconic view without the steps. Banje Beach is just below and the beautiful Old Town is only a few minutes stroll away. Laura & Maro are brilliant hosts and are always there for any assistance you may need. They helped arrange pick up from airport and it was extremely efficient. Overall, a great base for exploring wonderful Dubrovnik. Would also recommend the scenic 15 minute stroll to beautiful Sveti Jacob beach & a climb up or down the steps from Bosanka after Mt Srd - views are amazing and apartment just below upon completion!

the property couldn’t be better placed for the Old City and Banje Beach. No steps to speak of which greatly helped my mum. Clean and simple - one room has a great view. Sini kindly gave us four tokens for breakfast.

The location cannot be beaten. Straight across the road from the beach access and only a short walk to Walled city. The bed was super comfy. We took the option of having a driver collect us at the airport. He was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we got safely into the apartment (something we would have struggled with in the dark on our own). The views from the apartment were superb.

Just at the doorstep of the UNESCO Old City of Dubrovnik.From the convenient ground floor location of this historic 1901 Austro-Hungarian building, enjoy easy access to the sandy beach Banje just steps away. The beautiful Old city is 150 metres from the Beachfront apartments . Enjoy waking up to idyllic views of the azure blue Adriatic, Lokrum Island, and the Old city of Dubrovnik. The lack of the many steps that plague the apartments in the old city make this a superb location very accessible. Come stay at this stilish apartment and enjoy the great beachfront location and ocean views in this highly desirable location with restaurants, shops, and the old walled city of Dubrovnik just a short walk away.
Banje sandy beach is just accross the street. Supermarket Pemo is 100 meters away.Konzum supermarket is 200 meters distance. Restaurant Banje is just steps away and more than 50 restaurants is 500 meters away.
