it’s right beside Entrance 2 and within 10 minutes of bus stops both too and from Zagreb. The staff were welcoming and did their best to answer my many questions. Room was spotlessly clean and the balcony had a view over the park. shower pressure was awesome.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from entrance 2 of Plitvice lakes. They store your luggage before and after check if you require this. The room was clean and had a balcony overlooking trees. They don't serve meals, but breakfast is served in a nearby hotel and there are restaurants nearby for dinner. If required, they will arrange a shuttle service to their sister hotel if dining there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

very close to entrance 2, very helpful staff especially Luca on reception, who organised a free ride to a nearby restaurant both nights!we had nonstop rain for 2 days ! breakfast was great, just got a bit wet as had to walk to next hotel! also free hot drinks and water or orange or cherry drinks from a machine was great addition!

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was great. The front desk staff was friendly and they stored my baggage after check out, if you are not leaving right away. Steps away from the park entrance. I would stay again!

Location is great. Hotel staff was very friendly and gracious. The biggest plus is that you have the cab facility that is arranged free of cost if you have to go for dinner to other locations.
