Everything! the location, 10 minutes walking to the Old Town and Mostar famous bridge. The staff were excellent very attentive and courteous, ready to help Mr Janan , Uzejr, Amel and the girl at Night Shift were excellent. This is my 2nd time at Bristol Hotel and definitely I will be back.

Last year we had lunch at Hotel Biokovo and knew it was in prime location. The hotel is a beautiful stone building nestled under Biokovo mountain and right on the riva, everything is few steps away, restaurants, shops, banks and beautiful mountain and sea views. The staff was professional and helpful. Our apartment/room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was pretty spacious for family of four, dog and luggage. Pets are welcome which was a big plus for this hotel, because we travel with our pooch. The beach is a short few minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when in beautiful Makarska.
