Brand new apartment awaits for first guests. Simple sunny apartment with wall to wall windows. Forest like location in 15 minute walk from city centre. Apartment is located in Park neighborhood. Brand new, just finished. Architect, owner and contractor in one :). Lots of sun. Nice microlocation. Apartment located on 1st floor of residential building. Home size 50m square and consists of living room, dining space, kitchen and small balcony oriented to the south/sunny side. Master bedroom and additional bedroom/home theater/worskspace oriented to the north/shaded side overlooking local park. Bathroom and entry hallway positioned in the middle of the apartment.
Simple guy living mediterannean life. Google "fjaka" :)
Forest like neighborhood. All the daily needs in radius of 100 meters from the apartment. Local open air market, fish market, grocery store, bus station, local park, hygiene store, local caffe bars, culture center with theatre and gallery, rent a bike. 15 minute walk to the city center.
