The beautiful designer villa Casa Arbor Blanco, built-in 2020, is a blend of modern and traditional architecture at its best. It is located in a quiet part of Fazana - close to the sea and surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. It is superbly designed to highlight all the benefits of its location and the panoramic view. It spreads over three floors and 300 square meters and is equipped with the best local materials as well as excellent designer furniture. The ground floor consists of two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and access to a fragrant garden with a sun deck. On the ground floor, there is also a Finnish sauna with a shower which is also connected to the garden. The garden is ideal for enjoying the sun, but also for and watching the beautiful stars at night. On the mezzanine floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. On the first floor, there is an impressive living area with a kitchen and large glass walls through which you can enjoy a panoramic view. The terrace with an infinity pool extends the entire length of the villa. While enjoying the beautiful sea view the guests can also prepare food in the professionally equipped outdoor kitchen. On the first floor, there is also another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. As the villa has a cooling and heating system, it is suitable for a beautiful holiday all year round. In the evening, the pool and garden are lit, thus creating a special atmosphere and experience. Explore the beauties of the Adriatic sea with guided excursions on Casa Arbor Blanco private boat - available upon request (extra charge). The crystal clear sea, stunning panoramic views, the infinity pool and the Mediterranean garden make Casa Arbor Blanco ideal for the vacation of your dreams. Villa also has an electric car TYPE 2 charger at your disposal (surcharge according to consumption).
