Casa Plava sea view apartment is located in the heart of Old Town in the former Merchant family town house on the third floor, approx 45 sq meters with air condition. Please note there are some stairs to climb. The apartment is sunny and bright, located in traditional old stone house and consists of a open plan spacious living/dining/kitchen room with south and west facing sea view windows. There is a comfortable queens size double bed in the separate bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room with sea views and free WIFI trough the whole apartment. The kitchen consist of stove, fridge, dishes, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all facility's to prepare food, in the dinning area there is a table and four chairs. The bathroom with a south facing window has a shower, hair dryer, washing machine and beautiful sea/sunset view. Rovinj Old Town is situated on a car free peninsula. Please be aware there is no public car parking spaces in Old Town.
Rovinj’s Old Town lies on a small peninsula, with houses tightly lined one to another, and some of them rising directly from the sea. Casa Plava is situated in the heart of Old Town. Cobbled streets lead up to the church of St. Eufemija, standing at the top of the hilly peninsula enjoy the views from the bell tower, Venetian-style architecture, quaint little shops, and different alleys to wander. Whether you decide to taste sublime cuisine of restaurant Monte, first Micheline star restaurant in Croatia, which is up the road from our apartment or dine al fresco while enjoying wonderful sea views at Puntulina or dine on the terrace of Mali Raj or just have a quiet moment in cafe Trevisol situated just few minutes from our flat, you simple can not go wrong. Beaches are few minutes away with more restaurants, lovely boutiques, sunset bars and hidden places to enjoy quiet moments. The ferry pier from/to Venice is near by 5-10 min walk. Local market, bakery, supermarkets, museum, restaurants,art galery's, boutiques and the towns beach are also situated in Old Town, near Casa Plava. Please note there are some steps and hills .
