The apartment has a very beautiful view over ancient roofs and out to the sea. It was well equipped with everything we needed, nicely furnished and a great place to relax in the heat of the day or after long walks around the city. The neighborhood is great with a cute little café/bar and a small supermarket right around the corner. Despite being in the heart of Rovinj's old town, we found the area pleasantly quiet, even at night. Big plus for us: Rovinj's cliffs, from which you can jump into the turquoise waters of the Adriatic, are on your doorstep! The host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful (gave us great tips for restaurants and places to go swimming!).

Casa Plava sea view apartment is located in the heart of Old Town in the former Merchant family town house on the third floor, approx 45 sq meters with air condition. Please note there are some stairs to climb. The apartment is sunny and bright, located in traditional old stone house and consists of a open plan spacious living/dining/kitchen room with south and west facing sea view windows. There is a comfortable queens size double bed in the separate bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room with sea views and free WIFI trough the whole apartment. The kitchen consist of stove, fridge, dishes, pots and pans and all facility's to prepare food, in the dinning area there is a table and four chairs. The bathroom with a south facing window has a shower, hair dryer, washing machine and beautiful sea/sunset view. Towns beach, towns gate, main piazza, restaurants, coffee shops are near by . There are beautiful sea views from the living room/ kitchen and the bathroom too.
Rovinj’s Old Town lies on a small peninsula, with houses tightly lined one to another, and some of them rising directly from the sea. The town is charming, romantic and full of hidden gems at every corner. Casa Plava is situated in the heart of Old Town. Cobbled streets lead up to the church of St. Eufemija, standing at the top of the hilly peninsula enjoy the views from the bell tower, Venetian-style architecture, quaint little shops, and different alleys to wander. Whether you decide to taste sublime cuisine of restaurant Monte, first Micheline star restaurant in Croatia, which is up the road from our apartment or dine al fresco while enjoying wonderful sea views at Puntulina or dine on the terrace of Mali Raj or just have a quiet moment in cafe Trevisol situated just few minutes from our flat, you simple can not go wrong. Beaches are few minutes away with more restaurants, lovely boutiques, sunset bars and hidden places to enjoy quiet moments. The ferry pier from/to Venice is near by 5-10 min walk. Local market, bakery, supermarkets, museum, restaurants,art galery's, boutiques and the towns beach are also situated in Old Town, near Casa Plava. Please note there are some steps and hills .
