A small independent stone house of original Istrian heritage, immersed in a bucolic garden with more than 150 olive trees. A fantasy cottage with lots of old details, where you can live the authentic country experience. It was our exclusive oasis of peace where we used to forget about time. We would like to share it with you who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Ideal for cyclists and nature walks, the heart of inland Istria is a region to be discovered from gastronomical cuisine of local fish, truffles and wild asparagus as well as Boscarin beef meat. Groznjan, Motovun Oprtalj are destinations for half-day trips and beautiful events such as Motovun Film festival, Groznjan Ex Tempore art exhibition, Croatia Open tennis match. It is very close to the border with Slovenia, 40 km away from Trieste and 10 km from the seaside of Umag, Canegra or San Lorenzo, Novigrad. It’s just 15 minutes walk from the old town of Buje.
