NEW and stylish Apartment Melita is in heart of Zadar's Old Town. Location is fantastic for explorers of an art and culture, and our accomodation is in quiet part of Old Town's area. •Fully equipped •Free wifi •Lcd tv •Air Conditioning •Kettle & Microwave & Coffee maker •Washer + Dryer. There is 1 bedroom with 1 big bed + 1 small bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer, and a living room. The bed linen and towels are also provided by us. Non smoking apartment. Close to apartment is Caffe, Restoraunt, Kalelarga street, ST Donat Church. Apartment is located on first floor. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.

Apartment is located in the old heart of the Zadar peninsula. Only few meters of the apartment is the main town square, numerous churches and remains of a Roman forum with a 9th century church of St. Donatus. There is also near very valuable church of St. Mary with a treasure of gold and silver of Zadar with numerous valuable goldsmiths and works of art. Special charming is walk through the most famous street in Zadar Kalelarga which is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. A unique experience in the evening is a walk along the sea promenade, where can experience the most beautiful sunset with the sound of unique Zadar sea organ.
