Studio Apartment steps from the beach in Podstrana, Split. Welcome to our stunning apartment in Strožanac-Podstrana, in close proximity to Split. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty just moments away from the sun-kissed shores of the Adriatic Sea. This cozy Studio Apartment of 30.77 m2 is set in the midst of the garden with the beach at a stone's throw. It is fully furnished, consisting of one master bedroom with a bed 160cmx200cm for two persons and an additional smaller bedroom with a spacious bed 120cmx200cm for the third person, bathroom and well equipped kitchen (with appliances viz. Washing M/c., Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 Burner Gas Stove, a Refrigerator and a complete Dinner Set, Tea Set, crockery and cooking pots and pans). It has an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset.
As a host we are warm, hospitable, courteous and welcoming and will make every effort to see that our guests settle comfortably. We speak fluent English and Croatian.
Being at two minute walking distance to the beach, you'll enjoy sunbathing and leisure strolls along the shore. Explore marina, discover local restaurants and supermarkets, or take a short drive to the vibrant city center of Split. Public transportation is easily accessible for exploring top attractions, including Diocletian's Palace, Marjan Hill and tours by various means of transport (ferry, catamaran, boat, bus) to head out to different attractive locations (viz. Hvar island, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Krka Falls, Imotski lakes, Game of Thrones locations etc.). Rest assured our apartment offers a secure and private environment.
