This place was perfect, modern, clean and faultless as long as you understand that it is in an old building (because you are in an old town of not a lot other than old buildings) and you have to get to level 3 without a lift. If you don't like old buildings or stairs..... Stay somewhere else. But you're missing out. The room is spacious, incredibly comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable, all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Flexible and easy check in and check out. Responsive host. The rooms were well sound proofed from neighbour's and the windows were also surprisingly soundproofed considering the music from across the water. The bed was comfortable and coffee was available in the morning. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The location is great for anyone arriving or leaving by ferry, bus, or boat. All in all good experience and would stay again.

We did not see another person. The room was great for a few nights. It looks terrible from the outside but very clean and private. No breakfast and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs as there was no lift. Location is fantastic. Close to ferry terminal , Restaurants and buses.

Property information

Dream Luxury Rooms are located right next to Bačvice beach awarded with FEE Blue Flag, near the center of Split. Rooms are situated in a historic building in a unique location just 5 minutes from the old city center, Diocletians palace. Rooms were completely renovated in 2017, and furnished in a modern way. Every is air conditioned, equipped with smart TV, free WiFi, safety box and electronic door lock. You will also find an electronic kettle and a fridge with some complimentary items. If you happen to visit Dream Luxury Rooms during the winter, or if you just dont like your feet cold, each of our bathrooms is equipped with underfloor heating. Special part of the each room is sea view and city view ( ferry and park Marjan).

Neighbourhood information

Deam Luxury Rooms is located in the part of Split called Bacvice. It is an urban, central city beach, situated a few minutes walk from the ferry port well connected with the dalmatians islands, bus and railway station. Bacvice is backed by a number of restaurants, caffe bars and nightclubs all lined up and easy to walk to. Rooms are distance 5 minutes from the Diocletians palace protected by UNESCO.
