A new modern apartment in Central Split, just a few steps from main historical sites, beach, markets, best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and also harbor and bus/train station... Suitable for 4 people in two bedrooms, it is a perfect holiday place for a family or a group of friends. Spacious, modern decorated and fully equipped; home away from home with all the comforts you could need for perfect holiday! Apartment is situated on fourth floor of a residential building. New elevator is installed in December 2024. Apartment is newly renovated and offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room and balcony with a sea and city view. Master bedroom has double bed and the other two twin size beds. Baby cot is available upon request. There are large wardrobes in both rooms. Bathroom is equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, towels and basic cosmetics. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, kitchenware, coffee maker, selection of coffee, teas.... In living space there is a corner sofa bed, coffee table and tv. There is no parking available within the object, but there are several free or paid parking options nearby.
As a host I hope you'll feel pleasant at my home. I'll try to be helpful as you need to have the best holiday experience.
Located in Central Split our apartment is a perfect spot to explore the city but also has excellent traffic connections for island or other coastal and countryside getaways.
