Everything. The location was great, just 15 minutes walk to the old town. The house was more than we expected, and the hosts were amazing, helped us a lot about everything. Even helped us to find a free parking spot for our car.
AlbaniaThe host greeted us with a lovely homemade liqueur. Our room was cleaned & we had fresh towels - a pleasant surprise! We stayed 2 nights. The place is very near the bus stop, supermarket & bank - we had everything nearby.
MalaysiaFriendly hostess, clean and comfortable room. For us the location was great as we were using the ferry to islands, car rental service, bus to airport and could walk to old town. Very quiet location also. Right near supermarket and a few good harbour restaurants. The terrace area is great for drinks and taking a break from the tourist zone.
AustraliaThe owner is a most helpful lady we met! Very sympathetic person taking care of the guesthouse with so many kindness (she reminds me my granny). She welcomed us with juice and local alcohol (a little glass) ;-) The room was very clean! Very good stay!
BelgiumThe host was lovely and offered us home made liquor on arrival. Very helpful the entire time we were there. The room was ok, nothing fancy but ok value for money.

PortugalThe house owner is so pretty person and she is interested in all guest problems. The place of house is approximately 20 minutes away from old town and 15 minutes away from marina and bus stop. Its garden and the cherry liqueur which is done by house owner is so good.

Guesthouse Matusic is in very peaceful area, in a great central location of Dubrovnik. The house is surrounded by trees and flowers, while the terrace is furnished and suitable for outdoor dining. Guests are offered homemade wine and schnapps to taste.
All rooms provide a desk, a fan and a fridge, while some are air-conditioned. Private bathroom provides a shower and hairdryer. Laundry service is available upon request.
The owners offer a free welcome drink, free fresh bed linens and towels, luggage storage facilities, free info and brochures about Dubrovnik, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The UNESCO-protected Old Town can be reached in 20 minutes by foot or in 5 minutes via the local bus line. Two supermarkets, a restaurant and a big shopping center can be found near Matusic Guesthouse. The famous Banje Beach is 1.5 miles away.
The bus terminal and the Ferry Port can both be reached by foot in 15 minutes. Dubrovnik Airport is 20 minutes away. Airport shuttle service can be provided for an additional charge.
