This property was clean and well appointed. With a lovely bakery near by and a grocery just down the road everything you needed was nearby. Parking was essential for us and convenient though if you are planning to use your car often this could be an issue as you need to be allowed in and out of the parking lot by Anica or her son. (this was not a problem for us and they were always helpful and kind.) The garden is beautiful and the smell of flowers and roses around the property is stunning.

The room was at a nice place in the new district of Dubrovnik. Very polite and cooperative host. Beutiful view. 20-30 minutes by foot to the Old town. Bus station near to the Anica's place.

Everything was great, hosts are great and very friendly and all our requests were fulfilled asap. We could pick their tomatoes and peppers - taste remanded us of childhood :), in addition of free passing turtles and cricket song on olive tree. Apartment is new, kitchen great, beds very comfortable, slept like a baby, even without air conditioner on it was very pleasant inside. Garden is great, we was working from home, it was great and quiet.

The size of the room, useful kitchen (with toaster), big and modern shower with very good pressure (not that easy to find in Croatia). The exterior is suberb as well: nice garden, small table and chairs, perfect to eat breakfast or relax after a day. There was also a drying rack which proved to be useful. The parking is located a short walk away from the room - not really a problem. The friendly hosts let us even leave the car until the afternoon on the day of our departure. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The location is still okay to visit the old town - about 20-25min walk, we did it twice.

Lovely small house with the clean kitchen and comfy bed. The kitchen had everything you need, even some cooking oil, salt, etc. The bed was so comfortable and I had to go back at least once from the city just to lay down and enjoy the rest. Imagine sitting at the chair and table right outside the room while enjoying the lovely trees and signature orange colored roofs under the clear sky. I just LOVED the place.
