Objekat se nalazi u mirnoj ulici nedaleko od sportske dvorane Dubovac.
Nedaleko od objekta nalaze se svetište svetog Josipa, stari grad Dubovac, te rijeka Kupa, supermarketi, restorani, caffe barovi, hitna medicinska pomoć i auto-praonica. U blizini je poučna staza Kozjača, te Aquatika-slatkovodni akvarij i muzej domovinskog rata.
