Welcome to our cozy and charming studio apartment in the heart of Rovinj's historic old town! This newly renovated apartment is the perfect oasis for solo travelers or couples looking for a romantic getaway. The apartment features modern amenities while maintaining its old-world charm with stone walls. In the street where it is located, you can find restaurants, cafes, and galleries, but the apartment is not directly on the street; it overlooks an inner courtyard, so in addition to the amenities just a few steps away, you will also have a true oasis of peace. The studio is located in the old town center, and the walls are very thick, providing excellent insulation. However, air conditioning is also available if needed. Given that our studio is in Rovinj Old Town, it's worth mentioning that the Wi-Fi might be slower during the bustling summer months, mainly due to the crowded old town area. Unfortunately, it's beyond our control but we wanted to give you the heads up!

With the bustling town square, local restaurants and shops just a few steps away, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all the beauty and culture that Rovinj has to offer. Regarding parking, I recommend downloading the Bmove app. Once you enter your car’s license plate, the app will show you available parking areas in Rovinj along with their prices. You can also pay for parking and extend your parking ticket directly through the app. Rovinj has five parking zones, with different daily prices: • Zone 4 (marked in grey in the app) is the most affordable, at 7 EUR per day. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the studio (there are several parking lots in this zone, so the walking time depends on where you find a spot). If you park here, I recommend using the app and then either taking a taxi (Wizi ex Cammeo or Uber) to the apartment, or walking if you don’t have much luggage. • Zone 5 (near Kaufland) offers daily parking for 10 EUR. From there, you can take the tourist train (or a taxi) to the studio. The train ride costs 4 EUR and is paid directly to the driver (I recommend having some coins). Your stop is at Antonio Gandusio Theater, which is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There are also some parking areas just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but due to their central location, prices are higher and there’s often a longer wait to enter. These closer pariking lots are charged by the hour, 3.5 EUR per hour, so I definitely recommend downloading the Bmove app to check all the options — it’s much easier to see everything clearly on the map 🙂 Please note that the listed parking prices apply to the 2025 season.
