The Penthouse at Hillside Apartments is located on the top floor of Hillside Apartments house. A 62 m2 apartment with 54 m2 terrace overlooking the Rogoznica Bay allows for stunning views. The Hillside Penthouse is one of the 3 apartments in the house. For other apartments search Hillside Iconic and Hillside Studio. At this apartment you will enjoy beautiful scenery and stunning views all day long. Take a cold drink and fire up the BBQ after a relaxed day at the beach. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q: What do we get in the apartment? A: In the apartment you will get: 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, hand soap, some dishwasher, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer. No shampoo, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. Q: We come with big car like SUV. Is there problem to get inside parking? A: There is no problem to get in and out of the parking. Parking is gated with two ramps that you just need to be careful at avoiding so you don't hit it with your tires. Q: Is there space to park bicycle and SUP boards? A: Yes, you can park your bicycle at the parking. And boards at storage area Q: Can we rent the full house? A: Yes, we can arrange
I am Bosnian Norwegian, but I live in Stockholm, Sweden for the last 10 years. I love food and traveling and hosting guests. If you are at the house I will seldom be at the premises but there is always someone near by that can help you if you have any questions or need something specific. Easiest way to reach me will be through phone or message. If I am not around and you will need something to get fixed or there is a problem, there will be a house manager that will help you to get the information you need or solve your problem. Just contact me and we will do our outmost to help you.
On the hillside of Crljina, on the top of the road Jarebinjacka, house is located in a quite neighbourhood overlooking beautiful Rogoznica Bay. Nearest beach is five minutes walk down the Hillside. Nearest fish market is 8 min walk towards the bridge. The popular Dragon Eye lake is 15 min walk away. Marina Frapa with beautiful boats is 18 min walk away. Grocery shops and bakeries are many and also located 8 min walk towards the bridge. Those are called Studenac or Konzum. There is a kiosk next to the fish market where you can buy SIM cards and international magazines. Pharmacy is 15 min walk towards the Marina Frapa. You will enjoy an unique and beautiful atmosphere and scenery from the terrace, but you can also visit some of the local bars and cafés such as Starac or Queen Elizabeth or some of the cafés in the village. As Rogoznica is a village and public lights are limited, the sky at night becomes full of stars. From your terrace you will enjoy it with 180 degrees views.
