I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an incredible stay. He even brought me and my wife a beer.
The host went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made me feel like I was staying with a close friend rather than at a rented accommodation. He was always available to answer any questions, offer local recommendations, and ensure that my stay was comfortable
The location of the property was also fantastic, conveniently situated near popular attractions and transportation hubs. Exploring the city was a breeze, thanks to the host's valuable insights and recommendations.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. The host's warm and welcoming nature, coupled with the comfortable and well-appointed property, made my stay truly exceptional. If you're looking for a home away from home and a host who will make you feel like family, look no further.

Magnificent place, with a huge archaeologic site often regarded as Croatian Pompeii. Definitely a place to visit, located very close to Diocletian's palace (Split), and Klis fortress, as well as lot more attractions to visit and enjoy....

Tea was terrible for a 5 star, we had to go out as I couldn’t eat it. We had no towels in our room, glasses or a plug for out bath so within ten minutes we had to ask for all These things which you don’t expect to have to do. I also think for a 5 star you would get an iron and tea making facilities, the room just felt cold no little bits to make it feel welcome. The drive to the beach was over 15 mins which we did every day so ended up costing us more in the end. The pools where nice and the breakfast was good but that’s all I can say was good. We noticed a lot of kids and thought there’s nothing for them, no play area, no pool table nothing. This hotel could be so much better if a little thought and love went in to it. Old town is amazing loved it there, beaches are great we loved plaza Znjan beach the most, we eat at the monkey bar and beds where very cheap for the day.

The hospitality was very good.
The hospitality was very good. The owner of the studio is doing taking care of the flat and check in. All of people I had contact with were extremely courteous and helpful with information of local things. Definitely would stay again
Thank you so much. It was the most amazing villa with view of the sea from the front and beautiful mountains from the back. The pool is amazing and not at all over looked. There is so much room, and even the outside has a kitchen near the pool. It is only a 15 minute drive into Split and plenty of Uber to pick us up for only 12-euro. Really really loved it here. Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating, especially on our last day when our flight didn't leave until 21:30!
It's more like a comfortable home for us, we have a very pleasant stay there, actually it's more than my expectations, very big, clean and beautiful apartment, there is a cozy steps to a lovely living room upstairs, we enjoyed quite a lot. The bed is very comfortable. The owner is very helpful to provide all information needed. It's the best experience accommodation for us during our 10 days vacation in Croatia, really recommend!
Exceptional hotel. Has everything for a quiet stay. The pool and grounds were outstanding with enough sun beds for everyone. The staff and particularly krystijan could not do more for us. Kristijan particularly made our stay amazing. Petra in the spa reception was dedicated to every single person who came to the hotel. Nothing was too much for every single staff member.
Hotel is located in a quiet area outside Split. You will need a taxi which can be arranged by the hotel if heading into town. For us, it was exactly what we were looking for.
Hotel restaurant serving great food although a little pricy but expected from hotel. Breakfast was great too, lots to choose from.
Reception staff were very helpful with arranging excursions.
Villa Stivan is your best bet for accomodation in Split. We stayed here 4 nights and the price-quality was the best you could get for a family of 4. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing (especially in those hot summer days of August) and the appartments are comfortable. Our host made sure we had everything covered and checked periodically on us.
We picked this hotel for the location outside of split and free parking. It is also right next to the Salona Roman Ruins which were fun to explore. Breakfast was good. It has many amenities like an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room (we just didn't have time). We were in the suite so it was spacious and comfortable. Staff were super friendly.
It is huge apartment with balcony, good for a families. It is very close to Roman ruins in Solin and ten minutes far from
Split. There is shop and bakery next to the house and a bistro in the same house. Parking is free and very close. Check out is at 11, but owner is easy-going so you can leave the apartment later. Well-equiped kitchen.
The hotel is located close enough to Split to get there easily but still avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city core if you want a quieter stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was always enough parking at the hotel, we never struggled to find a spot.
This apartment is saved by a small cozy terrace. Also, the apartment has a good location - 5 minutes walk to the ruins of the ancient Salon and 15 minutes by car to Split. There is a free parking in front of the apartment, it's safe and comfortable.
Darko and family were very kind and friendly. Property is very spacious with a good view. Good size pool
15 mins in taxi to split centre
Would definitely reccomend for a a bigger size group as there is plenty of room and good value for money
Great location, amazing pool with lots of outdoor areas to relax in. Beds very comfy, quiet at night. Great base for exploring Split & surrounding areas.
Well equipped beautiful property with very generous host, highly recommended.
