This place is marvellous! The view, the privacy, the pool…it all feld immediately as an environment where you complete can come to rest, and indeed we did! The house lies at the border ot the small pitoresque village which on walking distance. The welcome by Toni was really good and the owners left some local chocolate and wine in the fridge. For the first time I have to say that this was really a spot where we could return to. For someone who is critical, loves luxury and maybe even a bit spoiled, something to admit. Pictures don’t correspond with what is asked…

This villa was a great find. Very close to town and the beach and the property was really well maintained. It is so hard to find a villa with a pool in Sutivan because the sea is so nice for swimming but our kids prefer the pool so it is an essential for us. The property is split to seperate upstairs and downstairs appartments with both having own access (double and twin rooms upstairs, double down stairs). There is even parking for 2-3 cars if you need it. Sutivan was as charming as ever and we had a relaxing holiday (Aug 2020), was very welcome after the turmoil of Covid-19 this year. Sutivan is such a relaxing place and the kids love the freedom they get to roam here which they don't get at home. Toni the host was excellent at communicating at every stage, so really can't rate this place highly enough. I hope we can stay here next time we are in Sutivan.

    The beach is 150m away, there is a bus between the villages on the island or taxi

This nicely decorated holiday home with a heated pool and whirlpool is located in Sutivan and is only a few minutes walk from the town and the beautiful pebble beach. The holiday property is composed of two separate apartments which are connected via an external staircase. You can spend cosy evenings barbecuing in the garden, which offers many games for children. From the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.
5 - minute walk to the centar of Sutivan and many restaurants and markets 3 - minute walk to the beach 30 - minute drive by car to the Vidova gora 45 - minutes drive to the Zlatni rat, Bol
