Motorbikes and bikes can be parked in front of the studio apartment. There is a high speed wireless internet suitable for business in case some of the guest needs to work during their stay at the property. Living/sleeping room has an air conditioner (AC). The guests are kindly asked to smoke out of the apartment !

This charming rustically stone house property is located in the historical nucleus of Punat old town area protected as a cultural sight. The house itself is an example of Mediterranean construction style. The rental unit - STUDIO APARTMENT, is consisted of one sleeping / living room, small kitchen at the entrance and bathroom with shower. Terrace located on the top of the studio is ideal for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner on the open air. For their guests the owners have additionally invested in a free private parking located few minutes walk up the street from the apartment. Bikers are welcomed with only one small favor which is to shut down the engine of their bike last 20 meters as going through narrow street makes a lot of noise. *PARKING LOCATION* - DISLOCATED FROM THE HOUSE Parking is located on the street, few hundred meters up the hill from the apartment. Guests can not come directly to the apartment with their car. It is necessary to walk for 2-3 minutes down the street from the parking to the house. Motorbikes can come directly to the house and park i front of the apartment. *PROPERTY OWNERS HAVE THEIR PRIVATE AREA IN THE UPPER STRUCTURE OF THE HOUSE WITH SEPARATED ENTRANCE. ONLY ONE PART OF THE CORRIDOR TOWARDS THE UPPER LEVEL TERRACE IS USED BY THEM AS THEY NEED IT TO GET TO THEIR DOOR. THEY ARE VERY KIND AND AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU IF YOU WILL NEED ANY ASSISTANCE. The kitchen is equipped with an stove top, microwave oven, small refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee machine and an electric water kettle.. Other facilities include, open air dining area at a terrace above the studio apartment and dislocated gazebo. There is a high speed wireless internet suitable for business in case some of the guest needs to work during their stay at the property.
