Covered verander with fantasic view over the bay of Dubrovnik which you could eat out side very easily. Good space for hanging washing and towels to dry. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The owner welcomed us with her home made pomegrante juice which was very good Nothing was to much trouble for her. The rooms where a good size and the beds very comfortable including modern tv with saterllite and fridges to keep food fresh and drinks cold. We landed at Dubrovnik airport and got the shuttle coach 40Kn to the bus terminus it also gose to the old city. At the bus terminu noone could tell us which was the right bus to get tothe apartment (its the no3) which stops right out side. So we walked We used the no3 every day to get into town at 15Kn each way. We were told by the owner that the 4 star hotel Adria's restaurant was open to non residants we ate ther every night at 130Kn each for a 3 course meal never the same in seven nights ,all good local dishes and very friendly staff.

The bed was like a cloud. We almost didnt want to the go out and party as it was so comfortable. The rooms were tidy and neat. The personal was very helpful and explained us everything about the city.

I stayed at the apartment for 7 nights. The host was very nice, friendly, and informative with the advice which places to visit and how to reach them. It was nice to talk about Croatia overall. Room was clean, the new towels can be provided. The best part of the hotel is an amazing view both in day and night times! The sunset from the apartment is breathtaking! Big advantage - the bus stop is just in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

House Smajic is by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The view from our terrace suite is absolutely stunning. We watched the sunset over the islands every night before going out. The room is beautiful, the bed is the best bed we've slept in and the aircon makes coming home at the end of a warm day brilliant. The location itself is excellent for the bus into town (the bus stop is a 30 second walk away). The bus is the first and last stop to/from the Old Town (which barely takes 20 minutes) and first stops at the Main Bus Station. As for our hosts, the Smajic family are lovely, friendly and so helpful. They advised us of bus timetables, activities, the geography and presented us with a free bottle of their hillside vineyard wine! The best holiday we have ever had! ~ Gerardy and Laura
