Villa Ivana is a completely new building from 2018 equipped with brand new modern furniture along with a TV, internet, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning in every room. The large terrace offers facilities for barbeque and dinner parties. The villa is located in a quiet part of the city and surrounded by a vast Mediterranean garden. It is very spacious and private. The buildings shape and pleasant orientation towards the south provide a relaxing shelter from harsh winds and unpleasant temperatures, making it the perfect vacation house all year round. Guests will enjoy their comfortable living spaces, a private garden, and natural surroundings. Villa Ivana has 4 bedrooms, 3 indoor bathrooms and 1 outdoor bathroom, the property also provides its own free parking places and an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi for 5 persons. Villa also provides a ramp for disabled people in wheelchair.
My name is Antonija, I am 31 years old and from Pula, I work in a hotel as a receptionist and speak 6 world languages. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people and cultures. My family and I are local hosts with many years of tourism and renting experience.
