The location was good. You can easily get the Old town by bus #4. It is direct line to Old town Also, you can get nice promenade along the sea with views of ocean, mountains, islands and 5 star hotels by walk Also, there is grocery store in walking distance The room was spacious. The WiFi worked excellent. No any noise from the street. The TV has English, German and Croatian channels. The furniture in the room was OK. The bathroom was OK too There is another room with kitchen. It is even better than I was It was good budget stay in Dubrovnik which I expected The host was nice and professional

Very kind host. Helped us for everything. It was a low cost stay considering the city center. However, you need to foresee quite some parking fees for visiting the old town as the accomation is far away from there.

Very nice host. Close to everything. Old town is in just 10 minute distance by bus. Enough restaurants and bars around. Beach is in walking distance. I will definitely go back there again when I am in Dubrovnik.

A great place to base yourself, lovely views and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. if you dont have a car you do have to walk up around 150 steps to get from the beach / town to the apartment but it wasnt really a problem. The owner lives above and is lovely, really friendly, helpful and a wealth of information. Its a 10 mins bus ride into old town (15kn for a hour rover ticket) and the buses are easy to get. We loved it and would be happy to return.

The owner is very nice! She gave me an adapter as mine was not working. She even let me keep the bags beyond the checkout time! The house is extremely cozy and well kept. It contains all the necessary equipments and facilities. I would surely choose it for my next visits to Croatia!

K-Apartments offers four self catering accommodation units situated in a beautiful Lapad bay, a perfect place if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays. WiFi, air-conditioning, private parking (reservation needed) and a SAT TV are provided.

K-Apartments are located in Lapad, a large peninsula situated just outside of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, on its Western side. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are a 3 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery.
