The house is located in the very heart of the Hum old town. It is exceptionally clean and very cosy. The konoba with a large fire place was a focal point where we were meeting in the evening. Very nice and relaxing stay.

BelgiumHum is a very small town ( the smallest in the world ) and is a beautiful place to stay and visit . Vera house is one of the few available houses in this amazing area and it is perfect to fix your base in order to visit Istria . We highly recommend this place !

SwedenWir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten in Hum ein paar schöne Tage. Das Haus Vera ist im allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Im Dachgeschoss auf dem Flur ist eine Klimaanlage verbaut, die die angrenzenden Schlafzimmer und das unten liegende Wohnzimmer und die Küche mitkühlt. Wir haben die Klima nur Abends angestellt. Wenn man tagsüber die Fensterläden geschlossen lässt, dann hat man auch bei Außentemperaturen von 35°C ein angenehmes kühles Raumklima. Das Kaminzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist der Hammer, uns hat es aufgrund der Jahreszeit jedoch abends in den Hinterhof gezogen. Auf den Hofmauer kann man mit einem (selbst mitgebrachten) Kocher prima brutzeln und die fantastische Aussicht genießen. Die örtliche Humska Konoba können wir, wenn man nicht selbst kochen möchte, auch empfehlen.
