The exclusive apartment complex Lux at Podstrana is located 70 meters from the beach in place Podstrana next to Split .The property offers a spacious terrace with a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, seating set, barbecue an outdoor shower and a toilet. The view from the pool terrace on the greenery and the landscaped lawn will allow you to relax in nature. Guests have at their disposal a free indoor garage (for 6 large apartments) as well as 3 outdoor parking spaces (for 3 smaller apartments). All apartments include air conditioning units that allow underfloor heating or heating,. All apartments are equipped with flat-screen TV that offer over 400 SAT program. The kitchens are equipped with the most modern Bosch appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle). All apartments have a balcony with a direct view of the Adriatic Sea. Guests have access to a beautiful roof terrace that offers view of the nearby islands.In addition, guests are provided with a free laundry service. Bus station is 50 meters away from apartments with two different bus lines which drive to city centre. Also you can walk to some destinations because almost everything is near (shops, restaurants and bars). With car you can get to Centre of Split in 20 minutes and in 20 minutes with car you can get to Omiš. Within 200 meters from apartment are two supermarkets , ATM and three restaurants. Also 30 meters from apartments is one stand with fresh, homegrown fruits and vegetables. Post office is 500 meters from apartments.
