Hi there, I am Pavle! I was born and raised in Kali, where I currently reside with my wife Marina. The sea is my passion and I dedicate most of my time to fishing. I am a connoisseur of good food and I am the happiest when I can share it with my family and friends. Just a short 50 meters from the beach, it's an ideal spot for you and your loved ones to enjoy. When you're ready to grab a bite to eat after a day of swimming, you'll find restaurants within walking distance of this conveniently located property. The 1st apt - In addition to the private balcony, this spacious 130 m2 apartment boasts 3 cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living area complete with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. One bathroom offers a relaxing hot tub for a tranquil escape, while the other has a relaxing shower. The 2nd apt - In addition to the private balcony, this 120 m2 apartment offers 3 cosy bedrooms, accommodating a total of 6 people, along with a bathroom and a toilet, a living room, and a kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities you need, including a coffee maker Nespresso and a large double-door fridge to store all your vacation essentials. The dining areas feature a table that seats 6, perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. If you prefer the outdoors, you can also enjoy the balcony tables. There is also an outdoor space, which is shared among the 2 apartments in the house, and includes a hot tub and a grill for your use. You can relax in the hot tub, which accommodates up to 6 people, or soak up the sun on the deck chairs. There's also a chill-out area with a BBQ, a traditional Dalmatian wooden table, a sink, and a dishwasher for your convenience. If you need to pick up groceries, there's a new hypermarket Plodine just 40 meters from the house. Additionally, you have the option to rent bicycles and paddle boards right at the accommodation. For your enjoyment, Netflix and satellite TV channels are available in both units!
