A modern, newly decorated apartment with a beautiful view, close to the sea and the city center!
Apartment is the newly renovated with a simple and modern line;s but with a touch of wormth.
The apartment is a located in a residential building on the 8th floor with a beautiful view.
We are located next to the main road that easily connects you to your desire destination. There is a lagre selection of beaches, for example Žnjan, Bačvice and many restaurants and caffes and tennis courts.
It is easy to get to the center of the city in 10 minutes.
If you like to take a walk to the city centre iit would take you about 25 minutes.
There is the children playground In the front of the apartment
Public Parking space is available, but the parking depends on availability!!!

Blatine-Škrape is one of the districts of the city of Split. It is bordered by Bruno Bušić Street from the east, Matica Hrvatska Street from the north, Poljička Street from the south and Dubrovacka Street from the west. This neighborhood is entirely residential, with high-rise buildings in the Blatin area and family houses in the Škrapa area. In the neighborhood, a playground was recently arranged, which today is the largest sports and recreation area in the entire city.
