Zoran was a great host. He was very friendly and always available if you needed anything. Great location as well! Close to the grocery store and town center. Everything was clean and exactly as listed on the booking. The spacious balcony was great for coffee in the morning and relaxing at the end of the night.

Good location in stari grad. Clean rooms and nice terrace to sit outside. Free parking options. Good value for money. We cycled to Jelsa for a day with the mountain bikes, which was a lot of fun to do. Along the way you will come across many nice beaches. The mountainbikers where included.

Everything is as in the announcements and the common areas (kitchen, bathroom and WC) are super clean: Zoran is an exceptional person who will give you a warm welcome (watermelon, coffee, tea, etc.) who will tell you where to go to see marvellous things, where to eat .. plus you have a free mountain bike per person and that's great! I can only recommend Zoran's rooms because it feels right at home and the double rooms have their own terrace 👍🏻 Don't hesitate!

The location is great. The room and the rest of the facilities were clean. The host was kind and welcoming. Since our ferry was leaving later in the afternoon, the host was kind enough to allow us to leave our belongings in the house past 10:00 a.m. so we could still spend some time in Stari Grad, without having to lug our luggage around the town.

The place is convenient and super clean, nearby everything and the host is the so far the nicest I've encountered, sweet, convenient and nice. Zoran greeted us, offered tea and coffee, some bikes to get around, and recommended a good place to eat cheap when we asked. You don't have to trust me tho, book it and make up your mind 😊

  • Hello Is there a Kirchen available to use for us. ? We have a baby of 8 months old and we would like to use the kitchen to prepare food for him.
    Yes a shared kitchen is available on the ground floor with a large fridge and an induction hot plate. As you can see in the pictures.

    You can use the kitchen. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot and about 5 minutes by bike.

Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy Stari Grad close to the center in my holiday house on the sunny island of Hvar. On the sunny terrace it is easy to take a sun bath or to end the day. Everything you need is available. In about 2 minutes walk you are at the port and in the center where a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist office, bus stop and much more are available. It has the perfect combination, which means not so big, but enough space, a garden, a parking lot and a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Guests can use their private room, shared bathroom and toilet on the first floor. At the ground floor is the kitchen, the lounge and another toilet. The garden area with garden furniture and barbecue can also be used. With the bicycles you can easily go to the beach or explore the city. In bike rental out of the house, bicycles cost around 16 - 30 euros per person per day. Also visit our website. There is no 24/7 cleaning service or any other service during your stay. Leave the room as you found it: no trash and you clean everything what you left dirty. With the booking you confirm that you have read and accept our house rules. Check our Website for FREE bikes.
I like to run, relax, take a sunbath, to travel and to meet people from all over the world and would be happy to have you as my guest if I'm not your guest. My motto is at the end eberything will be ok.
The house is located almost in the center in the part "Malo selo" what means "little village". It's a quite and nice area with old stone houses and a nice neighborhood. Everything you need is a few minutes walk away. I recommend by walk or by bike within Stari Grad. If you are planning to go to another town I recommend to go by bus. Parking areas are short and in the most towns parking is possible against a fee.
